Meet Our Founder
Dr. Sherria Grubbs
Dr. Grubbs has over 33 years of experience as an educator. She has a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership, a master’s degree in educational management, a master’s degree in school administration, a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, and an associate’s degree in early childhood education.
Dr. Grubbs has served as an assistant principal for North Carolina public schools since 2016. She was an assistant principal for two years in an elementary school and has been an assistant principal in a middle school for the last 5 years. Dr. Grubbs served as a North Carolina Principal Fellow and she has participated in the Future Ready Leadership Program and the Educational Policy Fellowship Program. Dr. Grubbs has also served as an elementary school teacher for North Carolina Public Schools where she taught kindergarten and first grade.
Previously to becoming an elementary school teacher, Dr. Grubbs taught early childhood education where she worked as a lead teacher in the Head Start Program.
